Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Requirement: Chinese with USA citizenship
Travel rate: 90% of the time global traveling
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing personal tasks with efficiency and confidentiality. This role requires flexibility, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (business and personal).
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare agendas, briefs, and presentations for meetings.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion.
- Travel & Logistics:
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas).
- Anticipate and resolve travel disruptions proactively.
- Personal Assistance:
- Manage personal errands, family-related schedules, and household coordination as needed.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and family office staff (if applicable).
