Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Two-Brain Business
Job Description
Overview
I am the CEO of Two-Brain Business, one of the largest gym mentorship companies in the world.
I\'m also a dad with three young kids. I need help. Lots of it. That’s where you come in. I’ve been hiring people for a while now, and I’ve found it’s best to air out your dirty laundry before getting started, so here we go. If you\'re looking for something chill, this isn\'t it. I\'m in a period of intense work, and I’m looking for someone who likes a challenge.
My dream candidate:
- Comfortable communicating via text and receiving messages outside of the 9-to-5
- Uber organized
- Possesses a sickening degree of attention to detail
- Can handle a to-do list that\'s a mile long
- Always thinking outside of the box
- Frugal with my money
- Answers every email, remembers every birthday, always follows up
- Yells at me when I am behind on something important
- Can deal with a real pain of a boss who is busy, bad at communicating, and does not give much direction
- Is not afraid to give me a hard time for being bad at communicating and not giving you direction
- Enjoys an eclectic mix of work, anything from booking a live mariachi band for a Dallas event to messaging 40 gym owners on Instagram
- Comfortable using AI to get things done faster
- Writes like a human
- Understands Facebook and Instagram
- Can lift a box weighing 30 lbs over their head
- Likes kids and dogs, I work from home out of a detached office in my backyard. My wife, kids, nanny, and dogs are around. Family stops by all the time. You need to be someone who\'s at ease in that environment.
