Job Description

Are you passionate about maintaining a clean and organized environment? This is your opportunity! At our exclusive Wellness Club, we are looking for committed and responsible individuals to join our cleaning team.

• You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club according to established standards.
• You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure a clean and presentable environment for our members and visitors.
• Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned according to established standards.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting any deficiencies or repair needs, and promptly notifying management.
• Perform heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Organize and maintain supply rooms, ensuring that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and available when needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and waste materials.
• Assist members and visitors with any inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club.
• Perform any other related duties as required by the management team.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cleaning or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• EU passport and/or authorization to work in Spain is required.
• Previous experience in the Balearic Islands and knowledge of local regulations will be valued.
