Are you a qualified Pharmacist, or a Pharmacist with an Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification, passionate about delivering high-quality patient care? We're working with a respected pharmacy group operating across Scotland, currently seeking a dynamic Pharmacist to join their team in Thurso. Accommodation is included as part of the package.
Salary based on average 44.5 hours per week (including alternate Saturday). Key Duties Dispense/prescribe medications safely and effectively, adhering to legal and professional standards Use clinical judgment to make informed decisions, considering patient history, allergies, comorbidities, and preferences Benefit from a supportive environment with centralised dispensing and accuracy checkers, allowing you to focus on clinical care If an Independent Prescriber, deliver patient‑focused services in line with the Pharmacy First Plus initiative, with additional financial incentives for enhanced care Package and Benefits Starting salary £52,500 - £56,500 (with an IP supplement), with a 6‑month performance review for potential salary increase based on KPIs 5 weeks holiday Accommodation available (possible relocation package too) Tier 2 Visa available Skills and Qualifications MUST be a qualified, GPhC‑registered Pharmacist in the UK (essential) Independent Prescriber qualification beneficial Strong clinical decision‑making skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr
