Physical Therapist

Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver personalized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for our patients. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, document progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise and safety.
