bout the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist I to join the Rehabilitation Services team. This role is primarily outpatient-focused with occasional floating to acute care settings.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patient function and develop individualized treatment plansImplement therapy interventions based on physician orders and patient goalsEducate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programsSupervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)Active Physical Therapist License (Required)BLS Certification within 1 month of hire (Highly Preferred)
