Physician Assistant- Plastic Surgery

A well-established, high-end plastic surgery practice in Calabasas, CA is seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant to join its growing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a PA who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is passionate about aesthetic and reconstructive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the plastic surgeon in the operating room with cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
• Conduct patient consultations, evaluations, and follow-up visits
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient care and education
• Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision
• Perform in-office procedures and injections
• Manage patient documentation and maintain accurate medical records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, clinical protocols, and best practices
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• NCCPA certification required
• Prior experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or surgical specialties strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in California.
  • National certification (AANP/ANCC for NP, NCCPA for PA).
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
