JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE required
- Licenses: Licensed in CA
- DEA: Active DEA required before start
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: Candidate CVs must include month and date for work experience and education with all employment gaps accounted for.
- Provide primary care services to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
- Perform chronic pain management as part of clinical duties.
- Maintain accurate medical records with chart closure within 72 hours.
- Meet minimum patient volume requirements of 18 patients per day.
- Comply with all facility immunization requirements including Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap.
