Picker / Packer - Inventory Associate

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM and Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Role:
This hands-on role supports manufacturing operations by picking, packing, organizing, and managing parts and materials to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

What You'll Do:

• Pick and pack parts, pieces, and materials for production and shipment
• Prepare materials for outgoing shipments
• Maintain and organize inventory and parts rooms
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or defects
• Perform quality checks before items move to production or shipping
• Assist with shop clean-up and support team tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
