Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Client Site - Large Flooring Manufacturer

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift,12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Fridays.

About the Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented Pickers/Packer to join our dynamic team at a prominent flooring manufacturer. As a vital part of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment. * Efficiently pack incoming stock, conduct inventory checks, and report shortages. * Accurately keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments. * Pick orders as directed by management, ensuring the highest quality standards. * Seal and tag containers, verifying order accuracy and signing pick tickets. * Attach correct shipping information and transfer completed orders to the shipping area. * Secure containers on pallets using stretch wrap, shrink wrap, and strapping.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 6 months experience in picking and packing within a manufacturing or warehouse setting. * Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods. * Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
