Are you ready to play a key role in a thriving local distribution company? We're seeking experienced Picker/Packers who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this temp-to-hire position, you'll be essential in moving, stocking, receiving, shipping, and packing merchandise accurately and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.

Required Skills:

* Previous warehouse experience, especially with order pulling and inventory tasks * Basic math skills for counting and verifying stock * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely * Comfortable using hand tools and RF scanners for inventory management and order processing

Nice to Have Skills:

* Experience with cycle counts and physical inventory audits * Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Hands-on warehouse experience preferred

Other Requirements:

* Availability for Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 7:30 am - 4:00 pm shifts * Willingness to work overtime when required
