Pl Operation Manager

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with US customers during US business hours.
• 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience managing teams focused on scheduling and workforce planning, data analysis, and real-time analysis (RTA).
• Strong experience in creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
