Planning Manager

Job Summary We’re scaling our manufacturing operations and looking for a Planning Manager to lead production and material planning, ensuring smooth operations, on-time delivery, and inventory optimization. If you enjoy working with data, solving supply chain challenges, and driving cross-functional collaboration—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the planning team (production & material planners) Own MPS, MRP, and capacity planning to support business demand Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics Drive on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and material readiness Lead NPI planning to ensure smooth product ramp-up Identify risks in supply, capacity, and inventory—and drive solutions Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives Requirements 5–8+ years of experience in planning / supply chain / manufacturing Proven leadership experience managing planning teams Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and planning processes Experience in NPI and cross-functional coordination Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
