Job Description
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible to:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing facility's operations in GujaratEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within the manufacturing industry.Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.Lead and mentor a team of engineering and manufacturing professionals.Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverable.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational processes.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.The Successful Applicant
A successful Plant Head should have:
A full time engineering degree and experience in fabricationManufacturing leadership with a scale of atleast INR 300 crores to start with.
