PM - Supply Chain

• the PM will independently lead multiple complex Service Systems Operations projects that may span systems, geographies and functions within Service Organization The scope of the role will encapsulate all disciplines related to Supply Chain andor Service Channel systems.
• DescriptionLead discrete software andor process projects related to operational strategy, planning and execution that will support Applecare Operations to execute best in class Supply Chain and Channel Repair modelsAct as liaison for Service Operations to other organizations within Apple to facilitate major process or systems enhancements (eg. Warehouse management , Finance, Business Process Re-engineering, IST, Business Dev etc.)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders within Service Operations to drive projects to successful completionAnalyze root cause Service Operations issues to determine gaps and put in place corrective actionsPerform training for new systems and processes within AppleCareWrite
• business requirements documents (systems requirements) for systems business enhancementsCreate deliver effective presentations to executivesAnalyze and revamp daily operational processes to enhance productivityWork closely with the internal process management team to ensure appropriate synchronization of efforts with business teamManage projects from cradle to grave
• providing cost-benefit analyses and return on investment analyses, along with project status to the businessAssist with scalability requirements for AppleCares Operations organizationDetermine innovative ways to increase customer satisfactionHelp assess appropriate tools for AppleCares Materials Channel organizationsManage projects to assemble and update all process documentation for AppleCare Materials ChannelsCoordinate discussions that scope out systems requirements for the next 5-10 years in AppleCareKey QualificationsSupply Chain and or Channels Operations Experience (4-5 years)
• Experience in managing and leading Service Operations Business ProjectsExperience in gathering documenting requirements for an Operations Business Projects for either systems or process projectsExperience in developing delivering a project status presentation to executivesSupply Chain workflow design process mapping capabilityStrong leadership capabilities
• Experience using Supply chain systems such as SAP, APO, Agile, Oracle, or 09 is an assetImplementing Supply Chain or Channel software solutions is an assetExperience in forecasting, planning, inventory management , warehousing, andor channel repair related processes would be considered an asset.
• Consulting experience would also be an assetEducation4 year degree - Post-graduate degree a plusAdditional RequirementsAPIC certification a plusProject management certifications a plus
• Domestic International travel as needed
