Job Description
We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Southern Water AMP8 Framework team based in Falmer. Location: Falmer – remote working available, with occasional travel to the office as required. Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic PMO team, where you’ll play a vital role in transforming project data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making. You’ll work closely with project teams across our water framework, supporting governance processes and helping us embrace digital ways of working.

Responsibilities Coordinating data returns from project teams and producing routine reports and dashboards with clear narratives that support professional decision‑making. Maintaining and quality‑checking PMO data across SharePoint‑based registers, ensuring information is current, complete, and audit‑ready.
Supporting governance processes by maintaining action logs, tracking milestones, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards. Translating complex data into clear, accessible insights that highlight trends, variances, and key performance indicators. Collaborating with stakeholders across planning, commercial, and project teams to continuously improve reporting processes and tools.
Qualifications Experience or strong interest in working within a PMO, project controls, or project support environment. Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, with experience creating reports and dashboards that tell a clear story. Strong attention to detail and pride in ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Confidence communicating with stakeholders, coordinating information, and meeting reporting deadlines. Proactive, collaborative approach and enjoyment of finding ways to improve processes and ways of working.
