Job Summary: The PMO Analyst supports the PMO and IT Finance with administration and reporting for OnePlan Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Jira project management tools; monitors/reports over/under allocation of resources to ensure optimal resource allocation; prepares detailed analysis of actual and forecast capital costs; and manages the process for IT vendor invoices.
Work Location:
* This is a work-from-home role. * Qualified applicants will ideally be within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Greenville, WI.
Compensation Information:
* Annual salary range of $53,000.00-$64,000.00 with a defined annual incentive plan.
What you'll do:
* Project Management Office Analyst * OnePlan PPM system administration including resource setups, annual project planning preparation, and enhancement development. * Triaging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting user issues. Escalation of support issues to application vendor. * Assessment and implementation of requests to modify a OnePlan configuration or PMO process as it relates to OnePlan. Conduit for OnePlan enhancements with application vendor. * Oversite for weekly resource time accounting ensuring all resources submit time and it is approved by their respective manager.
* Power BI Reporting to complete weekly resource time reporting and Monthly internal labor reporting for capital projects. * Support IT staff in resource review and forecasting * Facilitate weekly resource capacity planning. * Weekly aggregation of project updates for status reporting. * Provide requirements for new Power BI reports and test reports before moving to production.
* Train new users and managers on OnePlan functionality for time accounting. * Document application configuration changes. * Document PMO processes. * Manage small, low-to-moderate complexity IT projects end-to-end, including scheduling, task coordination, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication, with guidance from senior PMs as needed * Jira Administration * Managing user permissions * Modifying or creating Jira fields, notifications, screens, workflows or automation * Escalating items with the vendor, as needed
* Capital Cost Reporting * Review monthly General Ledger detail for all costs charged to capital projects. * Reconcile detailed cost by project in OnePlan to Oracle General Ledger to ensure accurate reporting of actual project costs to date in OnePlan and on status reports. * Work with Project Managers to align estimated costs to complete with actual project cost to date to ensure accurate reporting for total capital forecast reporting and status reports. * Prepare monthly dashboard with cost to date, estimated cost to complete, total forecast, and variance to approved budget.
* IT Finance * Coordinate with Finance team for GL/Project coding for contract vendor resources using OnePlan resource time reporting. * Track invoices from other IT vendors against SOWs, order forms, quotes or other contracts. GL code invoices.
* Other duties as assigned.
What we expect you to bring to the table:
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel * Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management tools. (i.e. OnePlan PPM and Power BI Reporting) * Familiarity with Information Technology concepts and terminology, including knowledge of the software development life cycle. * Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively, independently or as part of a team. * Excellent attention to detail and consistently high level of accuracy. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation. * Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience as an analyst in relative field (finance or project management or IT) * Excellent knowledge of MS Excel * Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management tools. (i.e. OnePlan PPM and Power BI Reporting) * Familiarity with Information Technology concepts and terminology, including knowledge of the software development life cycle.
Education and/or Certifications Required:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
