Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Civil Engineers with strong exposure to Precast Execution to join our project team. The role involves managing precast concrete production, installation activities, and coordinating with site teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for precast concrete production, handling, and transportation .
• Conduct site inspections of precast components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Guide teams on safe equipment usage, lifting methods, and handling of precast elements .
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for smooth installation activities.
• Work closely with logistics and project teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and site execution.
• Train site staff and contractors on best practices in precast production and installation to improve productivity.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation of site activities.
• Maintain proper records of contractor work for measurement and billing purposes .

Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of experience in Precast Concrete Execution / Construction Projects .
• Strong understanding of site execution, quality checks, and safety practices in precast work.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders .
