You'll work at the centre of the product, shaping how permissions, data, integrations, AI workflows, and shared surfaces come together across a fast-scaling global platform. The work here is deep, abstract, and highly impactful — turning infrastructure into experiences customers actually understand and trust. This is a role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast without sacrificing quality, and thinks in systems as naturally as pixels.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for core platform primitives that power multiple products at scale
• Take complex, abstract systems and make them concrete, intuitive, and usable
• Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to design extensible, future-proof frameworks
• Shape shared experiences like home, navigation, and cross-product workflows
• Design for edge cases across governance, permissions, data flows, and integrations
• Deliver high-fidelity designs and prototypes that clarify decisions and raise the bar for craft
• Help set platform design vision while staying hands-on in execution

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience, including 0→1 work

Required Skills

• Proven experience designing complex systems, platforms, or infrastructure-heavy products
• A track record of shipping work that drives real business impact at scale
• Strong systems thinker who connects dots across products and teams
• High bar for interaction and visual craft
• Clear communicator who can guide teams through ambiguity and hard trade-offs
• Comfortable moving fast in complex, high-growth environments

Pay range and compensation package

Salary $180-$280k
