Principal – SAP FI/CO/PSJob SummaryWe are looking for a SAP Principal Consultant – FI/CO/PS to lead financial and controlling workstreams in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role requires strong domain expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and own SAP FI/CO and PS workstreams in S/4HANA transformation programsDesign and implement end-to-end financial solutions, including:Financial Accounting (FI)Controlling (CO)Project Systems (PS)Drive solution architecture aligned with S/4HANA Finance principlesManage full implementation lifecycle: blueprint, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live supportAdvise clients on finance process optimization and S/4HANA best practicesCollaborate with SD/MM, technical, and data teams to ensure integrated solutionsProvide leadership, mentoring, and governance oversight for project teamsSupport PMO activities, delivery assurance, and stakeholder communications Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 12 years of SAP implementation experience in FI/CO/PSAt least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in Finance-led transformationsStrong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance architecture and integration pointsExperience working in complex, multi-country or large enterprise environmentsTeam leadership / PMO experience is a plusFluent in English; Mandarin-speaking preferred for stakeholder engagement
