Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team! You will play a crucial role in carrying out individual treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Operating with professional expertise and deep care for clients, you are a natural problem solver and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Virtual and on-site work with children from birth through 18 years.
• Participate in client's plans of care.
• Treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Carry out interventions based on the client's needs and findings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Minimum one year of experience in speech therapy
• Early Intervention (Pediatrics) experience optional
• IL state license as SLPA required
