Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and administer the BPM/process management tool to ensure reliable, user‑friendly operations and adoption across business units.
- Build and maintain process repositories, models, and documentation; ensure adherence to modeling conventions and governance standards.
- Perform data mining and exploratory analysis on process‑ and operations‑related data (event logs, KPIs, workflow telemetry) to identify bottlenecks, variants, and root causes of inefficiency.
- Apply process mining techniques to map actual execution flows and quantify improvement potential.
- Identify, prioritise, and deliver end‑to‑end automation use cases together with process owners and IT (e.g., workflow automation, integrations, orchestration).
- Design and implement automations using tools such as BIC Execution, Camunda, n8n, or comparable platforms; define inputs/outputs, APIs, triggers, and error handling.
- Evaluate and implement AI use cases to enhance processes (e.g., classification, routing, document understanding, decision support, autonomous agents) while ensuring governance, transparency, and compliance.
- Create data‑driven business cases, define KPIs, and set up dashboards to measure automation and AI impact (cycle time, throughput, quality, cost).
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process managers, IT, and enterprise architecture to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Support change management and enablement: prepare guides, conduct trainings, and provide hands‑on support to process modelers and end users.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring execution, analysing performance, and iterating on automation and AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, business analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, data analysis/engineering, process mining, or workflow automation.
- Practical experience implementing and operating BPM/process tools; familiarity with modeling standards (e.g., BPMN).
- Hands‑on expertise with process mining and data analysis (e.g., Celonis, Signavio Mining, or equivalent), including event log preparation and conformance analysis.
- Experience designing and deploying workflow automations and integrations (e.g., BIC Execution, Camunda, n8n, or similar); solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event‑driven patterns.
- Exposure to AI in operations (e.g., NLP for documents, classification, recommendations, agentic automation); ability to translate business needs into feasible AI solutions under proper governance.
- Proficiency with BI and analytics tools to define KPIs, build dashboards, and report performance.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, structured and analytical working style, and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator able to collaborate across business and IT; capable of turning complex analysis into actionable outcomes.
- Experience working in cross‑functional and agile environments.
