Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities :Working with the Procurement Manager to manage low value and low complex procurementEngage and work with multiple stakeholders in Indonesia to and identifying risks and issuesLead in procurement and contract negotiationsSupporting the procurement manager deliver medium to high value and complex procurementsWorking on contract management approaches for projects and assess supplier performance commerciallyDeveloping category plans and identifying risks, issues and opportunities to generate improvements in the business operationsSupporting the completion of non-trade procurement reportingEnsures compliance with legal, regulatory and security requirementsEnsure integrity and ethics are sustained throughout the procurement processExperience handling property, facility management, IT is a must Requirement :2-3 years of experience in procurementExperience of working in teams and also able to follow end to end procurement process and work independentlyStrong attention nto detail and good numeracy skillsPro-active, self-motivated, well-organized, efficient and ability to work under pressureAchievement and goal oriented with good organization skills, ability to manage multiple activities simultaneouslyStrong computer literacy skills with excellent Ms. office skillsEnglish in excellent proficiency
