🚀 Delta Velocity is Hiring: Product Manager + Designer (Builder) - This is a hybrid role: Product + Design + Execution

We're looking for a Product Thinker + Designer 🎯 - someone who can work directly with founders, shape the product, align teams, and to ship fast. ⚡ You’ll not just “Figma design” product - you’ll build product journey and drive it end-to-end.

🔥 What You'll Work On :-

• No silos. Full ownership from idea → design → release → iteration.
• Work directly with founders on product strategy & execution.
• Design wireframes & UI flows using Figma 🎨 other tools.
• Convert ideas into clear product flows, PRDs & execution plans
• Manage product lifecycle using tools like Slack /Jira / ClickUp / Notion
• Track development, unblock teams & ensure timely releases
• Build for real workflows: logistics, OMS, reconciliation, analytics 📦
• Continuously improve UX based on data & feedback, customer calls.

🎯 What We're Looking For - (Simple: Product sense + execution + design thinking 🔥)

• 2–3 years in Product / Design / Founder’s Product office role.
• Strong product thinking (user flows, edge cases, usability).
• Hands-on with Figma (wireframes, flows, Easy/Awesome UI).
• Experience managing dev tasks via Slack/Jira or similar tools.
• Ability to break problems → structured execution.
• Strong communication & stakeholder alignment.
• High ownership — things should move because of you.

😎 Nice to Have (Bonus Points) -  Experience working with fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience in ecommerce / logistics / SaaS products
• Understanding of APIs, backend workflows (not coding, but clarity)
• Exposure to analytics, funnels & data-driven product decisions 📊.
