Discovr AI is building the AI-native infrastructure for creator advertising.

We help brands run creator marketing like paid media, with better discovery, workflow automation, measurement, governance, and outcome-driven buying.

We already work with leading enterprise and mid-market clients, managing tens of crores in monthly creator spends. We’re building toward a category-defining platform in a massive market, turning creator-led advertising from a fragmented, service-heavy function into a scalable, measurable growth channel.

The Role

As a Product Designer at Discovr AI, you will own design end-to-end, from problem discovery and interaction design to high-quality UI and scalable design systems.

You’ll work closely with the core team to shape an AI-first product used by enterprise marketers and operators, with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and speed.

This is an in-office role in Mumbai

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product design (discovery → shipped UI)
• Simplify complex workflows (campaigns, approvals, QA, reporting) into intuitive experiences
• Design for multiple personas: enterprise, agencies, internal ops
• Handle complex states: approvals, exceptions, retries, disputes
• Design AI-native UX: review, edit, regenerate, compare, approve
• Build trust into AI systems (transparency, controls, human-in-the-loop)
• Translate research into clear user journeys, JTBDs, and prototypes
• Create high-fidelity designs in Figma with production-ready specs
• Collaborate closely with engineering, PM, and founders to ship quality

What we’re looking for

• At least a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in designing
• Strong product design portfolio with shipped work (B2B/B2B2C preferred)
• Experience with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
• Strong interaction design + clean visual craft
• Experience (or strong capability) in AI-assisted UX
• (review/edit/regenerate flows, confidence cues, guardrails)
• Clear communication and comfort working directly with founders
• Mumbai-based or open to immediate relocation
