Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our B2C payments experience, covering both user funding (收款 / pay-in) and user withdrawals (付款 / pay-out) across fiat and digital asset rails.This role focuses on building seamless, secure, and high-conversion payment journeys for retail users — from onboarding and deposits to withdrawals and settlement — across multiple payment methods and geographies.
Key Responsibilities1. Product Ownership & StrategyOwn end-to-end B2C payment flows: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and wallet interactionsDefine product roadmap for user funding and payout experiences across fiat and cryptoDrive growth in payment success rates, user activation, and transaction volume2. Pay-in (收款) ExperienceBuild and optimize deposit methods: bank transfers, cards, e-wallets, and crypto on-rampsManage integrations with payment partners and schemes (e.g.
Visa, Mastercard)Improve conversion rates, reduce failed transactions, and optimize checkout UX3. Pay-out (付款) ExperienceDesign withdrawal flows across bank rails, e-wallets, and crypto off-rampsOptimize payout speed, reliability, and cost efficiencyManage liquidity flow coordination with treasury and operations teams4. User Experience & GrowthSimplify onboarding-to-first-transaction journeyBuild intuitive payment interfaces, status tracking, and notificationsPartner with marketing and growth teams to drive activation and retention5.
Risk, Compliance & ControlsEmbed KYC/KYB, AML, and transaction monitoring requirements into payment flowsWork closely with compliance to align with regulatory frameworks (e.g. Monetary Authority of Singapore)Balance friction vs security in payment authentication and risk controls6. Data & OptimizationTrack and optimize key metrics: conversion rate, success rate, drop-offs, payout TATRun A/B tests to improve UX and payment performanceUse data to identify bottlenecks and scale high-performing payment methods7.
Cross-Functional ExecutionCollaborate with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and commercial teamsWork with external partners: payment gateways, banks, liquidity providersDrive product launches and integrations end-to-end
