Product Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented Product Manager with 4+ years of experience, preferably in payments/fintech with exposure to payment gateways, to drive product strategy, development, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch impactful products aligned with customer needs and business goals.

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather customer insights, conduct market & competitor analysis
• Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle
• Prioritize backlog and ensure timely delivery
• Track product performance using defined KPIs
• Lead product launches and continuously improve user experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience ( payments/fintech preferred )
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle & Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence
• Data-driven mindset with exposure to product metrics
• Experience in payment systems, transactions, or financial platforms
• Familiarity with payment gateways and standards (e.g., PCI-DSS) is a plus
