Product Manager (Glendale)

Finturf is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team in Glendale, CA.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, integrations, and operations. We are looking for someone who can work comfortably across business and technical contexts: driving lender integration projects, writing clear technical requirements, helping shape AI and automation initiatives, and jumping into semi-technical operational issues when needed.

This is not a generic roadmap-only product role. It is a hands-on position for someone who can understand complex systems, translate business needs into actionable technical work, and help move projects from ambiguity to execution.

Note: Knowledge of Russian is required. This role is on-site in Glendale, CA.

What you’ll do

Own and support lender integration projects, including discovery, requirements, coordination, and long-lifecycle execution

Write clear technical requirements and implementation instructions for developers

Help define, scope, and support AI-driven projects and internal tooling

• Work on and support n8n and other workflow automations
• Resolve immediate semi-technical issues, including manual lender API requests, troubleshooting, and operational fixes
• Act as a strong translation layer between business and engineering, helping both sides stay aligned and productive
• Support product and operational decision-making with structured thinking, problem diagnosis, and practical execution
• Work closely with developers, operations, and business stakeholders to keep projects moving and unblock issues quickly

Requirements

• Experience in software development, quality assurance, solutions engineering, technical product management, or a similarly technical cross-functional role
• Ability to write clear, structured technical requirements and communicate effectively with developers
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where the role spans product, technical coordination, and operational support
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to move between high-level business context and detailed execution
• Flexible but comprehensive personality: able to adapt to different stakeholders and situations without losing clarity
• Russian language proficiency required

Nice to have

Familiarity with BNPL, POS lending, home improvement financing, or lender integrations

Experience with AI tools and agentic workflows, including tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, or similar

• Experience with n8n, APIs, automation tooling, or low-code workflow systems
• Prior exposure to fintech, lead generation, or partner/distribution platforms
