Job Title: Product Manager – HRMS
Job Location: Sector-63, Noida
Role Summary
The Product Manager – HRMS will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, supporting client acquisition through effective demonstrations, driving product enhancements, ensuring successful client implementation, and maintaining competitiveness in the HR technology space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Demo
Deliver product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
Understand client requirements and align product features accordingly
Collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales teams to support business development efforts
Address client queries and provide functional clarity during demos
Capture feedback and share insights with internal teams
2. Product Enhancement
Gather and analyze client feedback and enhancement requests
Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives
Prioritize features based on business impact and feasibility
Work closely with engineering teams for timely delivery of enhancements
Ensure product compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
Monitor product performance and user adoption metrics
3. Client Implementation
Manage end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions for clients
Understand client requirements and configure system modules accordingly
Coordinate with internal teams for integrations and technical support
Facilitate data migration and ensure accuracy of information
Conduct client training sessions and provide post-implementation support
Track implementation timelines and ensure timely delivery
4. Competitive Product Analysis & Improvement
Conduct market research and analyze competitor products
Identify feature gaps and recommend improvements
Track industry trends and emerging technologies in HRMS
Support product positioning and differentiation strategies
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
Product lifecycle management
Stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in SaaS-based products (preferred HRMS domain)
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in HR / Product Management or equivalent
3–8 years of relevant experience in Product Management / HRMS domain
