🔍 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of Product, Growth, Engineering, and Analytics. You’ll lead initiatives to improve conversion, scale integrations, and drive data-led experimentation across the ecommerce funnel.
🎯 What You’ll Do
📈 Product Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation → launch → optimization
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Translate business and growth goals into clear product requirements
🧪 Growth & Experimentation
- Partner with Growth & Marketing teams to unlock funnel opportunities
- Drive A/B testing across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention
- Optimize journeys: product discovery, PDP, cart, checkout, and post-purchase
📊 Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track and improve key ecommerce metrics:
- Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Checkout completion & funnel drop-offs
- Use data and customer insights to prioritize improvements
🔗 Third-Party Integrations
- Lead integrations across payments, logistics, CRM, personalization, and ERP systems
- Work with engineering on APIs, vendor management, and scalability

✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of Product Management experience in ecommerce (MANDATORY)
- Proven experience working on ecommerce funnels, platforms, or marketplaces
- Experience collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with API-based third-party integrations
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
