Role Overview

Agenta Pharma is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager for the Pain Management therapy segment. The role involves driving product strategy, market growth, and brand positioning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the Pain Management portfolio.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning to strengthen brand presence.
• Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
• Design marketing materials, training modules, and sales aids for the field force.
• Work closely with sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure effective product communication.
• Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Organize CMEs, conferences, and promotional activities with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and brand management.
• Experience in Pain Management therapy area preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and cross-functional coordination.

Experience

• Product Manager: 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management.
