Product Manager

Title: Sr. Product Manager

Location: Noida, Hybrid (3 days Office)

We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Product Manager who can drive end-to-end product delivery and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product solutions

• Drive product lifecycle from development to commercialization

• Define product release timelines (new features, enhancements, maintenance)

• Act as a technical consultant and contribute to innovation, research, and prototyping

• Align engineering architecture with overall product and business strategy

• Lead major product releases and ensure customer-driven enhancements

• Own end-to-end product delivery, including planning, scheduling, and execution

Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of Product Management experience in software/product environments

• Strong technical background with Engineering collaboration experience

• Hands-on knowledge of API integrations & SQL

• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related tools

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams

• Experience in the Life & Annuity domain is a plus (not mandatory)
