The Role

This is a Product Manager role. You will operate at the intersection of:

1. Product/Engineering
2. Design
3. Strategy

You will help define what we build, how we position it, and how we sell it.

This is a high-agency operator role for someone who wants direct ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead B2B Growth & GTM Architecture
2. Manage enterprise and mid-market sales cycles end-to-end
3. Run outbound and relationship-driven GTM motions with clients
4. Lead discovery calls and convert business problems into technical scopes
5. You will help architect Trao’s go-to-market engine.

Drive Product Vision & Execution

1. Work directly with engineers to shape AI-native workflows
2. Translate complex AI systems into intuitive product experiences
3. Own product requirement clarity and scope definition
4. Design and iterate high-fidelity product mockups in Figma
5. Ensure UX clarity, system coherence, and pixel-level precision
6. Shape demos, decks, proposals, and landing pages

Work Style & Expectations

1. Fully remote
2. 6 days/week
3. 9 hours a day
4. More often than not, you will work more than 9 hours

If you are not driven by execution, design quality, and engineering taste, this role will not be a fit.

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

1. Figma
2. CRM systems (we are building our own)
3. Apollo / Instantly / Clay
4. Analytics dashboards

Bonus:

1. Technical background in building or shipping software
2. Experience designing AI-native workflows

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

1. Engineering background (Computer Science or hands-on equivalent)
2. Strong product intuition and design taste
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Demonstrated B2B GTM or revenue ownership experience
5. Ability to operate independently with high ownership
6. Bias toward action
7. Comfort with ambiguity
