As Product Owner – Spain, you will play a critical role in connecting the Spanish market with our global product organization. You will ensure that local customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities actively shape global product decisions and feature releases.
This is not a purely executional role. You will influence roadmap discussions, participate in discovery initiatives, and drive successful rollout and adoption of impactful digital products in Spain.

What Product Will You Work On?
You will work on Pluxee’s digital employee benefits and payment solutions — SaaS and fintech-based platforms used by companies, merchants, and end users.
These solutions:
- Serve B2B and B2B2C ecosystems
- Require strong localization and compliance adaptation
- Continuously evolve through digital transformation initiatives
Spain is a key market, and your role will directly influence how global solutions succeed locally.
Your Impact
Represent Spain in Global Product Strategy
- Capture and synthesize Spanish customer insights, market trends, and regulatory constraints.
- Influence global roadmaps with structured, data-driven input.
- Contribute to opportunity assessments and local business cases.
Translate Business Needs into Product Execution
- Produce high-quality user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Define country-specific requirements.
- Ensure alignment with legal, operational, and commercial realities.
Drive Quality & Validation
- Participate in discovery, research, and co-creation initiatives.
- Coordinate and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure local readiness and compliance before launch.
Lead Local Rollout & Adoption
- Act as the bridge between global product squads and Spanish stakeholders.
- Coordinate feature launches and internal enablement.
- Prepare training materials and documentation.
- Support post-launch monitoring and performance tracking.
Profile & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe).
- Exposure to SaaS (B2B or B2B2C); fintech experience is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, or related field.
