Walk-in Interview Details: Date: 2nd May 2026 Time: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Venue: Pon Pure Chemicals Group - Specialty Office, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai Experience: 1-5 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering Salary: 2.5-5 LPA

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and monitor daily production activities across plant operations Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards Handle batch processes, chemical reactions, and process parameters control Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and shift records Optimize yield, cycle time, and process efficiency Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, EHS, and R&D teams Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) Ensure compliance with statutory, TNPCB, and environmental regulations Support internal/external audits and inspections

️ Required SkillsKnowledge of chemical plant operations and batch processing Basic understanding of PFD, P&ID, mass & heat balance Familiarity with equipment like Reactors, ANF, Centrifuge, Dryers, Pumps Awareness of Process Safety Management (PSM) practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in shift operations

PreferredExperience in Specialty Chemicals / Pharma / Petrochemical Industry / Fine Chemicals manufacturing
