We’re working with a well-established restoration and reconstruction firm looking for a Production Manager to lead and scale their Reconstruction Department.

This is not a sit-back management role. This is for someone who wants to own performance, lead people, and drive real business outcomes.

Salary: 110-115k

With Commission on top of that.

What You’ll Own

• Full operational leadership of the Reconstruction Department
• P&L responsibility — budgets, cost control, collections, profitability
• Project execution — ensuring jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and at quality standards
• Team leadership — hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
• Strategy — building and executing growth plans alongside senior leadership

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

• Reviewing financials, metrics, and performance trends
• Managing project flow and operational efficiency
• Leading team accountability and performance conversations
• Solving problems across jobs, people, and processes
• Ensuring systems, CRM usage, and operational standards are followed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in construction, restoration, or related industry
• 3+ years in leadership or management
• Strong experience with budgets, P&L, and operational performance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
