Job Title: Facade Production Manager Location: Bhiwandi Mumbai - India Company: Shreeji Facade Systems Pvt. Ltd. Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Façade Production Manager to oversee and manage the manufacturing of windows façade systems.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. ️ Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day façade production operations (doors, windows, aluminum, glass, ACP, unitized systems, etc.)Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution of projectsMonitor production processes to maintain quality standardsCoordinate with design, procurement, and project teamsOptimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials)Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standardsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencyHandle production-related issues and troubleshoot delaysMaintain production reports and documentation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field8+ years of experience in façade production or manufacturingStrong knowledge of doors & windows façade systems and materialsExperience in handling factory operations and team managementGood understanding of quality control and safety standardsStrong leadership and problem-solving skills
