We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Program Manager to work closely with the CEO’s Office, driving high-impact initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at program management, and can translate strategic vision into executable plans. You will act as a key liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful delivery of critical business programs.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of strategic programs aligned with organizational goals and CEO priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO’s Office to define, track, and deliver key initiatives across departments.
- Develop program roadmaps, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, including leadership, product, operations, and business teams.
- Translate business strategy into actionable plans and monitor execution against defined KPIs.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Facilitate decision-making by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for program execution and tracking.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and impact of programs.
Must-Have Skills:
- Program Management: Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs with strong execution capabilities.
- CEO’s Office Exposure: Prior experience working closely with senior leadership or in a CEO’s/Founder’s Office role is highly preferred.
- Strategy: Strong strategic thinking ability with experience in planning and executing business initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Strategic Planning: Ability to contribute to long-term planning, business roadmaps, and growth strategies.
- Risk Assessment: Strong analytical skills to identify risks, evaluate impact, and implement mitigation plans effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or similar roles.
- Experience working in high-growth or dynamic environments such as startups, consulting firms, or large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of business operations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar).
