Project Coordinator (Chicago)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading platform innovation company, is looking for a Project Coordinator/Specialist-III to join their team.

Position Summary: The Platform Innovation team at this leading platform innovation enterprise is seeking a Launch Specialist to spearhead the onboarding process for restaurant merchants across the United States. This role involves significant travel to various merchant sites, where the specialist will enhance the merchant experience throughout their lifecycle on their platform. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to create a seamless onboarding experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality.
• Excellent customer support skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.

• Interface directly with merchant restaurants to improve their experience.
• Create and execute merchant onboarding strategies.
• Train merchant staff on effectively using new platforms.
• Oversee the implementation of digital ordering and SaaS tools.
