As we continue to grow, were looking for a detaildriven Project Coordinator to support our electrical construction operations.

The pay range for his role is $24-$34 per hour, and is based on recent relevant experience as a project coordinator in a Commercial & Industrial Electrical environment.
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator supports commercial and industrial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with Electrical Project Managers, field leadership, and estimating teams to coordinate schedules, documentation, materials, and communication to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages
- Support scheduling, labor tracking, and budget coordination for electrical scopes of work
- Assist with material procurement and vendor coordination
- Serve as a liaison between clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Support smooth handoffs from estimating to construction operations
- 35 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, preferably electrical
- Knowledge of electrical construction processes, drawings, and NEC fundamentals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
- Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred
- Valid drivers license
