Job Description
Provide exceptional coordination and support to project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations Assist Project Managers with planning, tracking, and execution of construction and utility projects Coordinate project documentation, reporting, and communication across internal teams, field personnel, and external stakeholders Learn and utilize multiple internal and external systems to generate accurate and timely project reports Perform administrative and operational tasks including auditing timecards, tracking project costs, and supporting schedules Work directly with field employees to collect information, resolve issues, and support project needs Ensure all project-related data is collected, processed, analyzed, and distributed accurately and on time Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements Perform other duties as assigned in support of project success Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, operat...Project Coordinator, Coordinator, Operations, Project Management, Support, Management
