Senior Talent Acquisition / HR Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process all project requests for homebuilding divisions, including:
• Extensive data entry to support creative teams
• Draft disclaimers as necessary
• Provide back-end project management support with a friendly and caring demeanor
• Traffic all projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Proof all advertising materials for content accuracy and proper disclaimers and licensing information
• Ensure deliverables comply with brand standards, are on schedule, and of high quality
• Adhere to internal procedures for trafficking projects
• Participate in weekly team meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or advertising environment
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Related work experience in marketing/advertising or homebuilding industries preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on Mac platform
• Airtable, Box, Crooze, Notion, and Canva experience is a plus
