Project Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Project Management
Location: Glendale Heights, IL
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt (In-office position)
Compensation: $63,000-$65,000 + Bonus potential

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator (PC) serves as a support role to the project team, serving the needs of the Project Manager and Field Supervisors as it relates to project success. They execute daily activities such as Time Approval, Credit Card Processing, Travel accommodations, requisition of materials and equipment as well as receiving of invoices, submittal of customer invoices, data processing of project financials.
PC also serves as a liaison between Field Supervisors and Foreman/Field for day to day needs such as job assignment notification, credit card authorization and Purchase Order requisition.
Basic Qualification:
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 years relative related experience within Construction Industry
- Highly proficient with technology (Excel, SmartSheet, Procore, Sage, et)
- Able to work in multiple applications simultaneously
- Knowledge in construction logistics (scheduling, workforce, materials, equipment, logistics, production targets, worksite dynamics, etc)
- Supportive and responsive, able to answer calls after hours or on weekends, as needed

Performance Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project team members (Field Supervisor & Project Managers) project planning through project closure
- Being readily accessible to answer questions and execute requests
- Planning for success by, achieving timelines of processing
- Resourcing equipment and materials as directed
- Ensure a project is set up to align with company standards of safety, quality and production.
- Daily processing of project financials (PO, COGS, time, Billing)
- Daily communication with field team with schedule assignments.
- Proactive in determining project needs, able to anticipate requests before they are made
- Communicate with customer on project start dates.
- Deliver the highest level of support to Project Managers and Field Supervisors
- Scribing Project Turn Over Meetings
