Pay rate: $30-$31/hr
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support U.S. Government (USG) contract reporting. The coordinator will manage submissions, track deadlines, maintain required artifacts, and work closely with a dedicated workstream specialist.
This role involves collaborating within a small, high-performing team of four and requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track USG contract reporting submissions, deadlines, and reminders.
- Maintain required artifacts and documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
- Collaborate with the workstream specialist to ensure smooth execution of workstream activities.
- Support project management tasks and team coordination.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operations roles.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI, Excel, Outlook, and Jira is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent project management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
