Job Description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator & WPO to join a major pharmaceutical CAPEX project in Singapore for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. You will coordinate and oversee EPCM delivery, tracking progress, risks, and compliance, while ensuring design intent and documentation readiness across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover for office, kitchen, and IT systems, including site readiness, inspections, and testing to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Support project leadership in planning and delivering work packages on schedule, budget, and scope.Act as package/area lead from supplier selection through operational qualification, coordinating EPCM and stakeholders.Track progress, risks, and stage-gate compliance; prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.Coordinate office, kitchen, and IT fit-out design reviews, layouts, functional requirements, and vendor interfaces.Oversee site readiness, inspections, mechanical completion walkdowns, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Ensure compliance with SHE, GMP/GEP, regulatory standards, permits, and design deliverables; close out regulatory processes.Manage budget, schedule, and resource allocation, supporting critical studies (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA, RCA) where required.Oversee supplier/contractor performance, technical clarifications, and procurement support to meet quality, cost, and schedule.Facilitate operational readiness, FAT/SAT execution, deviation closure, and documentation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.Collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and EPCM to ensure integrated project delivery, ergonomics, and operational handover.
Requirements:
Relevant degree (Engineering, Architecture, Project/Construction Management), post-graduate engineering qualification desirableExperience leading or coordinating work packages in fit-out, IT infrastructure, or similar projectsStrong knowledge of SHE, GMP/GEP, and regulatory complianceAbility to manage schedule, budget, risks, and change control at package levelExperience overseeing contractors, site activities, inspections, and installation readinessGood understanding of office/kitchen design, layouts, and operational needsAbility to interpret technical drawings and documentationStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsRight to work in Singapore is essential for the current position
