Key Responsibilities
PMO Governance Execution:
Support PMO governance processes across projects and programs ensuring adherence to defined standards and frameworksTrack project program milestones timelines dependencies and deliverablesEnsure compliance with delivery governance audit and organizational processes
Planning Tracking Reporting:
Maintain project and program plans RAID logs action trackers and status dashboardsTrack KPIs such as schedule adherence delivery status risks and issuesPrepare periodic status reports MIS dashboards and leadership presentations
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with Project Managers Delivery Leads Finance and Business stakeholdersFacilitate governance meetings reviews and follow upsEnsure timely closure of action items and escalation of risks issues
Financial Compliance Support:
Support budget tracking effort tracking and financial governance activitiesAssist in audits compliance reviews and documentation readinessMaintain accurate records for approvals changes and governance checkpoints
Process Improvement:
Support standardization of PMO templates reporting formats and processesIdentify improvement opportunities in reporting governance and executionContribute to automation or dashboarding initiatives where applicable
Experience:
3 years Junior Program Coordinator PMO Analyst3 to 7 years PMO Executive PMO Lead depending on grade
Core Skills:
Strong understanding of project program management fundamentalsExcellent tracking coordination and reporting skillsStrong analytical and problem solving abilityProficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and Word
