Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager(Service Now). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, particularly in ServiceNow, and will be responsible for ensuring a high-touch customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 40 to 50 hours per week on average
• Located in EST or CST time zone
• Very high attention to detail and follow through
• Demonstrated organizational skill set
• Strong communication skills across various audiences (customer, account team, partner delivery team)
• Self-starter, proactive, caring about many small details
• Relationship builder and strategic thinker
• Experience Required: 10 & Above
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with broader program management responsibilities
• Experience in engagement lead assignments
• Experience working across various internal and partner resource pools

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project deliverables
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
