What We're Looking For:4-5 years managing IT projects, with hands-on experience in application transformation or modernization.Comfortable working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business stakeholders.Self-driven problem-solver who takes ownership and delivers results.
