Your Mission
We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to represent the Nuclear Defence business and support the delivery of the associated portfolio of projects for key blue‑chip clients, supporting the Defence Programme Manager across both the Project Management and PMO functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects to scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle using recognised methodologies
- Control project budgets and monitor financial performance
- Support governance, assurance, and compliance activities
- Manage project risks, opportunities, and change control
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners
- Review project costs, schedules, and critical milestones
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and client proposals
- Promote teamwork and collaboration across project teams

Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience managing multiple projects (3+ years)
- Knowledge of project governance and project controls
- Strong understanding of KPIs & Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Proficient in using ERP systems
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Project Management qualification (e.g. APM)
Desirable
- Hold Security Clearance or ability to gain SC
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Experience working within frameworks or framework contracts
- Experience within complex project or engineering environments
