Application Instructions Apply now! Position Description The Butz Family of Companies seeks a Project Manager at Alvin H. Butz located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This individual will provide daily leadership of a given project and will be located at the project site. The Project Manager works with Project Executives, the Preconstruction Department, and the Design Team to develop the project schedule, construction plan, and phasing. We thrive on delivering large scale projects for clients that embrace our innovative mindset and are looking to add talent to our growing team. Responsibilities Develop the project schedule, construction plan, and phasing Managing and directing the work of specialty contractors and Alexander's Employees Use our in-house cost control, scheduling, and material and equipment delivery control system to plan and manage the construction process Provide leadership to foster an environment of diversity, equity and inclusion Position Requirements Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline and five (5) plus years of applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of technical training and job experience.
